BrainWave Vibration - Get into the Rhythm

As I rotate my head back and forth, I feel bright, golden cosmic energy entering my brain--making my brain feel both bright and alive. In my mind's eye I see this pure energy surrounding my brain stem, stimulating it to glow with golden energy. Then the energy flows from my brain stem to my spinal column and throughout the rest of my body. As I continue to rotate my head, sometimes back and forth, sometimes with an infinity symbol movement, I am in my pure mind. The distractions of thoughts, worries, etc., disappear. It is then that my consciousness seems to expand infinitely, helping me understand that there are no limits to the power of my brain. I have been a member of the Henderson Center since April 2007. Dahn Yoga has changed my life. I am repeatedly amazed by the benefits I have received from Dahn Yoga, and, particularly, from Brain Wave Vibration.
