Several years ago I was diagnosed with COPD (chronic bronchitis and emphysema). I have had to sleep with oxygen and whenever I was exerting myself I had to get oxygen help from a portable unit. After 2 months of Dahn Yoga and Brain Wave Vibration, I no longer use my portable unit when I exert myself, and totally enjoy the freedom of exercise without the unit.
